Abstract

Opracowanie przeprowadza czytelnika przez skomplikowane procesy przygotowania strategii podstawowej, rozumianej jako strategia rozwoju organizacji nastawiona na uwzględnienie uwarunkowań rozwijającej się cywilizacji cyfrowej, a następnie przez procesy przygotowania, zgodnej z taką strategią podstawową, strategii informatyzacji oraz strategicznego planu realizacji strategii informatyzacji. Uwzględniono w niej również wymogi społecznej odpowiedzialności organizacji

The study guides the reder through the complex processes of preparing the basic strategy, understood as an organization development strategy focused on taking into account the conditions of developing digital civilization, and then through the preparation processes of computerization strategy consistent with such a basic strategy and strategic plan for implementation of the computerization strategy. It also takes into account requirements of corporate social responsibility.
