Journal of Management and Financial Sciences" (JMFS) includes articles in the English language of a particular scientific value on crucial issues of economy, finance and management. Due to the close links between economic and other sciences, the editor accepts a variety of different research approaches. On the one hand they may be mathematics based analyses, on the other hand analyses made from sociological or psychological perspectives. It is worth noting that it is the economic psychology that is becoming more and more significant at present within the group of economic sciences. The thematic profile is also diversified. There are both theoretic analyses and those referring to national economies, business sectors or groups of business entities. The increasing interest in publishing articles in JMFS on the part of the SGH staff as well as others, including foreigners, resulted in a higher frequency of publishing (4 editions in 2016). Before being published, every article is submitted to two independent reviewers from outside the Collegium of Management and Finance. They do not know the author’s name, neither does the author know the reviewers’ names (double-blind review). The manner of reviewing is compliant with the recommendations of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education and guarantees articles of the highest scientific value. The periodical is delivered to the leading scientific centres in the world. We would like to encourage all SGH research workers and also staff from the Polish and foreign research centres which SGH cooperates with to publish their articles in the "Journal of Management and Financial Sciences." Let us inform you that all the texts are proofread and if necessary corrected by a native speaker of English. Before being published they are submitted to the authors for acceptance.
