dc.description.abstractIn this article the author has presented and analysed three research problems related to SME’s labour market in Poland and Czech Republic. The scientist has focused on multicultural aspect of changes among human resources needed and existed in both countries. Based on findings identified during the scientific project, a diagnostic tool (Application RIO) has been presented, which helps to measure the degree of preparedness of organizations for the management of multicultural human resources. The author has also formulated recommendations for the use of this tool and the rules of interpretation of results specified by the applicationen
