Fuzje i przejęcia przedsiębiorstw technologicznych

Abstract

W artykule przedstawiono strategiczne wybory przedsiębiorstw high-tech związane z realizacją strategii rozwoju. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na źródła pozyskiwania wiedzy i technologii, ukazując znaczącą rolę w tym zakresie fuzji i przejęć. Przedstawiono też przykłady akwizycji technologicznych zrealizowanych przez spółki notowane na GPW w Warszawie, które stanowią potwierdzenie, że polskie spółki są zarówno aktywne na rynku technologicznym, jak i stanowią też cel transakcji dla firm międzynarodowych.

This paper presents the strategic choices of high-tech enterprises related to the implementation of the development strategy. Particular attention was paid to the sources of knowledge and technology, showing a significant role of mergers and acquisitions. The article also presents examples of technological acquisitions made by the companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, which confirm that Polish enterprises are both active on the technology market, and are also a target of transactions.
