Zasoby niematerialne a wartość rynkowa przedsiębiorstw rozwijających się poprzez fuzje i przejęcia

Abstract

W artykule ukazano rolę zasobów niematerialnych w kształtowaniu wartości przedsiębiorstwa oraz zaprezentowano wyniki badań, których głównym celem było oszacowanie wartości zasobów niematerialnych spółek uczestniczących w procesach akwizycyjnych i ich udziału w tworzeniu wartości rynkowej w okresie trzech kolejnych lat po dokonaniu transakcji.

In this paper the author appeared role of the intangible resources in shaping the market value of company and presented the results of studies whose main objective was to estimate the value of intangible resources of the companies involved in the processes of acquisition and their participation in the creation of market value in the three subsequent years after the transaction.
