Globalizacja agrobiznesu: specyfika, wymiary, konsekwencje

Abstract

The paper deals with the current and controversial problems of the agribusiness globalisation. The author addresses issues such as the scope and the depth of globalisation processes in particular elements of agribusiness chain (including in particular the agriculture), specificity of this process in this economy sector, as well as the scale of the agribusiness globalisation (including concentration of businesses), processes of cross-regional standardisation of the law, migration of the labour force, standardisation of the food consumption models, foreign investments in agribusiness as well as transmission of market signals under globalisation conditions. Major possible consequences of the agribusiness globalisation are discussed in the conclusion.

Opracowanie poświęcone jest aktualnym i kontrowersyjnym zagadnieniom globalizacji agrobiznesu. Autor omawia takie zagadnienia, jak zakres i głębokość procesów globalizacyjnych w poszczególnych ogniwach agrobiznesu (w tym szczególnie w rolnictwie); specyfikę tego procesu w tym sektorze gospodarki oraz wymiary globalizacji agrobiznesu (w tym koncentrację podmiotową), procesy unifikacji prawa w układzie transterytorialnym, migracje siły roboczej, unifikację modeli konsumpcji żywności, inwestycje zagraniczne w agrobiznesie oraz transmisję sygnałów rynkowych w warunkach globalizacji. W zakończeniu omówione zostały główne możliwe konsekwencje globalizacji agrobiznesu.
