Abstract

The monograph of the Multi-Annual Program From the research on socially sustainable agriculture [49]. Sustainable food systems has been implemented as part of the research project Sustainable agriculture and food security in the subject of Dilemmas for the development of sustainable agriculture in Poland, which is part of the Multi-Annual Program 2015-2019 entitled The Polish and EU agricultures 2020+. Challenges, chances, threats, proposals, (…)Food is a fundamental human right, but in many countries of the world it is still not respected (right to freedom from hunger). Unfortunately, in the years 2014-2016, 779.1 million people suffered from undernourishment. (From the foreword)
